Services

Intimacy, sexuality, and relationships can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it’s not uncommon to face challenges in these deeply personal areas of life. As a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore these issues at your own pace.

Whether you’re navigating difficulties with communication, intimacy, desire, or life transitions, therapy can provide the tools to help rebuild confidence and strengthen connection.

My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor our work together to suit your unique needs and personality.

Drawing from both CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and psychodynamic techniques, I aim to help you uncover what might be holding you back, set meaningful goals, and explore practical steps to support your growth. My aim is to create a space where you feel supported, comfortable, and gently challenged at the right moments.

I have experience working with individuals and couples facing a wide range of concerns, including vaginismus, erectile and ejaculatory difficulties, self-esteem and confidence issues, anorgasmia, gender identity and sexual orientation, trauma, shame, and performance anxiety, to name a few.

I believe everyone deserves fulfilling relationships and a healthy connection with themselves and others. Together, we’ll explore your story, identify patterns, and create meaningful changes that empower you to thrive.

I’m a Registered Member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).
